But it is not just the effect its the moment the director created, the clothes, the location, the actress (the angelic beauty of her face), the actor, but mostly its the music, my very hip 16 and 18 year old daughters are now listening to Roxy Music...They are now Roxy girls!!!!....

Yeah! This clip is really haunting me too. I can't get it out of my head.
But perhaps there is a repeatability. I mean, there is a technique used in this clip that can be repeated...
Get actors to mime to a speeded up song (like playing a 33rpm at 45rmp) and then slow motion them to fit the same audio at the right speed.
