um i have vista and for some reason when i try to play certain games a msg comes up and says Pml Driver HPZ12 has stopped working and then another msg comes up and say windows services has stopped working and was closed... is this a serious problem!?
thats your printer driver, it can sometimes cause services to crash but very rarely. you should consider reinstalling your drivers with a more updated version
Wow, I hadn't ever been in there before. I usually use msconfig and disable things in the Startup tab. There are many more Windows services starting up automatically that I didn't know about. Yeesh.

It`s a viruses.
Install AVG antivirus and dele it ;)

when i start my comp it shows the microsoft loading then takes me to a black screen
i can get into safe mode but i cant move my mouse and none of the keys work
i can reboot with a disk i used as a back up but it erases all my data everytime i restart. any help on how to get my comp fixed?
