Please help ANY (transperent) charitys in the region. there are old ladys, old men providing for 6 kids and children as young as 7 living like adults who NEED you.(where these guides took these people is a tame look at how some people live... )

ok I apreciate that there are viewers that find that level of living very dismal. However what you see on this video is Middle working class. They have piped water piped drainage etc... he says it smells like an open sewer... because it is.. he is likely stepping over grates that cover serwers from the area unknown to him.
