I hadn['t see anything about it, A lot of what they are doing in Congress of late is legislating morality. Passing a bill like this will just force Wall Street to find new ways to line their pockets. And trust me, they will.

Congressman Boccieri wants to talk about Republicans helping out wall street when he voted for the stimulus package earlier this year. Can anyone say hypocrite? This speech also exposes his ignorance of any semblance of economics thinking that more government bureaucracy will somehow save us from future recessions. I'd suggest the Congressman read up on what causes the business cycle.
