  • lol assholes

  • GO FOR RING O RING!!!!

  • do it for ruby room !

  • genukie only the s15 sr came with vvt and a 6 speed tranny

the reason most cars have a rev limiter is to keep the engines in a rpm band that will keep reliablity at near top so you dont encouter the problems that engine may have at higher rpms. for example, the ka24de will get valve lift near 7krpm which is why it has a rev limiter close to there. by putting the rev limit at about 6.6k oem people cant encounter the valve lift, can't ruin the pistons and head and makes nissan far less liable.

  • may i know what is the rev limit u set? and what is the gain volume you set??

  • congradulations your a fucking moron!

  • if you're going to call someone a moron, at least spell congratulations correctly. i even spelled it for you in the first post haha. and the bee r is just a ricer 2step.

  • lol u noob

  • dude something ricer means that its pointless, the rev limiter is used to prevent from over revving in especially drift applications

  • but in this guys case....

  • These are awesome, a couple skylines had them at the golden gardens meet last year, but I feel lemmywire is right.

What's so bad about a fuel cut rev limiter?

  • Maybe fuelcut is bad and dangerous have u ever hit fuelcut? engine practically stops for afew secs

  • stop saying shit if you don't know what you're talking about.

Have you ever hit the rev limiter? Most cars from the factory are fuel cuts. The engine doesn't cut out for multiple seconds.

  • maybe its Dangerous for the engine as left over fuel can detonate as air is still being fed? Therefor ignition cut is alot safer but not so healthy for ur sparkies...

    Does that answer ur question?

Btw, my ca18 and rb20 cuts out for afew secs if i over rev them and on my previous s14 sr20det vvt never did that it just bounces from 7.5krpm and 8k rpm whether it was valve bouncing or fuel cut idk

  • no... just stop. VVT on an SR?

it wasn't a question like I need to know the answer. It was a question like "why would you need a Bee*R rev limiter besides being obnoxious."

  • oh god im guessing ur a yank.. s14 and s15 came with sr20det vvt and a t28 rather than a t25 also the s15s came with ballbearing turbos

  • Hey no reason to call people yanks, try to be more mature sometimes. (Even when other people aren't)

  • No... Just stop...... Altogether.. *slaps forhead* all blacktop SR20's (from s14A onwards) have VVT...

  • fuel cut makes uyr engine run lean for a second and try runnin lean on ur engine for awhile and jus watch how it fucks it up....this is a much safer and reliable way to have a rev limiter o and for lemmywire whom said this is a ricey wannabe version of the 2-step launch control shut the fuck up and and research before u speak

  • Nah no flames. Its all about the flames. Check out my one I loaded.

  • Go!~ Go!~ Ok Sugoi! Number #1 Great!

  • my mate just bought this car... is fucking hot.

  • hhahah quality

  • Man i want one of them.

    R31 FTW
