It's weird, they didn't  release the music video in 'stereo' for the dvd release. I'm sure it was made in stereo even if in 1984 it was only aired in mono. If not, they could have remixed it into stereo.

I've been looking for this song for 2 years!!! Ever since I heard it in "The Goonies", I tried to find it. Saddly I miss heard the lyrics and thought it was called "Good Love".

Plus it never hurt anything, and only helped, having her be such a huge gay advocate. In a world, where homosexual folks like myself, don't have many "role models" or "vocal champions", Cyndi was always there for us. God bless you Cyndi, and your god given gift of music.That without a shadow of a doubt, hopefully opened peoples eyes & minds. By giving those folks, like myself, a chance to be appreciated for our "true colors".......:)

This song, "True Colors", & "All Through The Night", were my ALL time favorites of Cyndi's. Especially True Colors, as being an "openly gay" man, for the last 16yrs. I always felt, this song had a VERY powerful message to it. And honestly, still makes me "well-up" everytime i hear it. To me, Cyndi was a pioneer in music, she wasn't nor ever was known, to "copycat" other artists. She didn't have to, at least in my opinion. Which made her, all the more "special" in the music business.

The quality of this is incredible, thank you so much for sharing! It kind of makes me sad that Cyndi disliked the song and video so much, because this really is a spectacular piece of work. I can see where she would get exhausted though, and she should have received a break what with all she did for the benefit of this video.

This is the edit I use as a VJ (Video Jockey). YouTube limits what I can post to 10 minutes, sadly the intro was left on the cutting room floor. The entire video was originaly two parts and together they are over 12 minutes in length. I will post both parts soon as separate uploads. Thanks for stopping by.
