I believe you are doing well given the meager equipment you have. I go to a nice gym here in the US with all the protein available in the gym's bar but I hardly made a progress. Keep it up kababayan.
thanks ric. as i go further working out,i learned a lot of things to improve my muscle growth.its not protein + gym = muscle. its discipline pare.its all about diet,rest and proper way of lifting. i hope it would help for you ric. goodluck....
sorry pare ngayon lang ako nagreply,medyo bussy e.anyway,i used to take supplements before.out of curiosity lang how this stuff affect my muscles. but i stop it after 2 months,maybe mali ako ng procedure how to take it. isa pa mahal!hehe.but instead of supplements,try make your own protein meal,it works for me. try to experiment kasi di lahat ng tao pareho ng genetics.....goodluck pare
but I do prefer hammer curl brian.because I can see quick result on it.you can feel the soreness in your forearm if you executed the right way...anyway,thanks for the comment brian.
i do agree, the hammer curl does work also for the forearm. My forearm circumference increased to half an inch. By the way, is this your home gym? Good investment, pare.

do you always pick up weights from the ground in that manner? Particularly the heavier ones? Your lower back could get injured, you know.

a overhand barbell curl (standing)
works by twitching biceps,forearms
is a lot better than hammer curls
