I was wondering if somebody could send me a PM telling me if malibu wakesetters (2006) are able to go in shallow water and be anchored just off the beach in like a metre of water or less? And how do they handle rough weather ( approx. 1-1.5ft waves) anchored as well as driving?

@iAus1 Ive been in a wakesetter 2007 silver, it handles extremely well, its a well thought out boat, the owner told me that he takes it out in 4 ft seas and it does fine, he says keep it in over 1.8 ft about and itll be fine

I am sort of new to wake boarding and will soon be getting a board that is better than the body glove beginner board. I am wondering what a good speed is for learning, I find 2omph or slower too slow and tend to loose balance and fall right away, seems like I plow through the water.

I've been wakeboarding for about 3-4 years now, and i have found that 23mph to 26mph is a good speed for beginners. I board at 28mph and its enough to keep me goin and gettin air but not too fast where its pullin my arms outta my sockets. haha.
