Use a tripod for this, ALWAYS! Take the 2 different shots. Overlay them in PS, then erase one side.

-drag and drop one of the layers over the other

- since the camera wasn't moved when taking the two different pictures and no part of your body on one image overlaps another part of your body on the other image, you can just cut off half of the image of one of the images with an eraser or the crop tool

- done in less than a minute

I think this tutorial will help me find what im lookin for, I was kinda lookin for a mirror effect like they do for the spiderman 3 poster, where in one I wear a white shirt and hair is just normal, and my reflection i wear black shirt with hair spiked up, thanks for this, i may need to do somethin a little different but this should help alot.

sure! da only thing to keep in mind is the position of the camera and to keep it at the same exact position. just change clothes or something. and bingo!. xD
