I have a protools M-powered 8 that im going to be using as vocals and guitars are concerned. now lets say i record a vocal track from protools, and i went to send this vocal track to my reason 5 , with all the stuff that it has. How would I be able to get that vocal track from protools and send it to reason 5 so I can play around with it? (And I know Reason 5 has record 1.5, but I want to use my audio interface box for my shure sm58 mic for better vocal quality).
Hey man how's goin? i hav M POWERED 8 PRO TOOLS, everythin is workin ohrigh but one think is that when i bounce 2 disk or export the file it doesnt play on window player or any others, it says it needs codec 2 play the file. wat do u think s the problem
Thanks bro for the great videos have u tryed to do the same thing with redrum is it posble to send each part to saprat audio track a kik ro pro tools track no 1 snar to track no 2 hi hats to 3
Great Tutorial! I would like to add, if you make a pre-made template for rewiring in pro tools it will spend things up. Having to do the rewiring every time you have a new project can get annoying.
great tutorial. one question is it better you think to get rid of the mixer all together in reason and just take each device(redrum) and go direct into the hardware device in reason. At least for the drums wouldnt that make them mono to save voices/tracks in pt.
I'm glad finally someone put this out in video. I also discovered this on a website about a year ago in pdf form for those who would like it in text form just google "how to use reason in pro tools"
its a berklee school lesson. But thanks to the creator of this video alot of the so called reason tutorials leave this stuff out. And you think this would be the first step they would mention.
Yo Playa thanks for all your help you have gave me some serious info on pro tools and reason, more than any body on youtube, so keep bangin out these informative tutorials man!!!
