if any of you are havin trouble with the knee/elbow part, its easier for a lot of people to put your knee on your tricep rather than your elbow. (so like a few inches or more above your elbow). If you put it directly on your elbow, your skin will likely slip aorund haha

Don't place your elbw onto you knee.. take a look at your elbow and place it just above aka the sweet spot. that way you hold it easier and you can't slip
@gametje It's because he isn't locking his arm in a straight posistion. It's slightly bent, allowing alot of the stress to be absorbed. If you lock your arm in a straight posistion you are likely to break the fuck out of it.

front shoulder workouts is something that would really help out with this. The more deltoid stamina you have, the longer you will be able to hold this. Wearing an elbow pad on your tricept helps reduce the amount of bruising that you will get when your starting to train on this balance
but i can balance my whole body in the one onearm style without the balance arm. The problem is not the balance or strenght, its how i put my knee on the elbow....it hurts badly when i put my elbow on the knee or i have too thing arms....

if you learned cricket first then you will have a problem. like me i learned cricket first. when we rotate our wrists on the cricket to keep spinning. i do the same thing for my airbaby. and it sucks. i like get into it then i start spinning and i fall. i can hold it for a few secs but im spinning while im doing it. need more training time.

if you bend your elbows too much you wont be able to balance as well and it will strain your wrist but obviously you have to bend slightly at your elbows so your center of balance is on your hands.

it helps to really bend your elbow as much as u can and lean forward. it took me a while but i got it
