Classic harmony......geez, can close my eyes and see the guys standing on the streetcorner singing those soulful songs. This is great harmony, way to go guys.
Some of the best harm I have ever heard. Of course my main man Mr. Gene Pitt is the bomb!!. His birtday was last week. Danny G. Gary Indiana Home town of The Spaniels.
What great 4 part harmony. Brings back the early 60's
and listening to Murray the K on a summer Friday night in ENY Brooklyn. Is there anything by Vito and the Salutations on youtube? There were great lead singers and great groups but Vito Balsamo was the best of the bunch.
It doesn't get any better than EUGENE PITT!!! Man, he can sing. Perfect pitch with his distinctive vibrato like no other. Everyone sound great. I hope you do post more.
Great Job Art. Heard you with Butch BArbella and his "Streets of the Bronx" Band? How Ironic! Good for you, and we will try to see you at a show soon. Love to all.
Thanks Sal! Thats Artie on Bass, Eugene Pitt on 2nd tenor / lead, Harold Gilly on Baritone & Danny Loria (Artie's Kid) on top.......hope you enjoyed..more to come
