Bush intends to renew it. He claims that it must be renewed for the american people to be safe and that the congress is at fault if it is not renewed in time. He says he will veto any bill that tries to renew it unless it grants immunity to the tela-communications company that he used to ilegally spy one the american people. This way he can force congress to give his ilegal watch dog immunity by making it seems like they are not serving the people. Most people dont want the bill passed anyway.
