Actually Congress ordered The Federal Reserve to hand out money. People seem to forget that the interbank market was completely frozen over and ALL national and international trade had stopped had the Fed not injected liquidity. It equated to the blaming the fire department that your house is on fire.

You could use your credit card, travel and companies could do trade because the Fed intervened and ALL the trillions came back!ALL OF THEM

In my opinion this 'corporate welfare pure and simple,' is quite ironically, perhaps FAR TO THE LEFT of social(people/community-centri­c)-concerned Public health care policy and actual praxis beyond mere words, which ironically again: all parties even the conservative right take for granted as commonsense!
