The cancer survivor angle is pretty cool; I hadn't thought of that. But I just got finished arguing with a friend about natural vs fake boobs and that was the mindset I was in when I commented. I hadn't thought about those alternate reasons.

so what If I want the largest size, but I have a small frame? due to how skinny I am, and the shape of the forms, it looks like I will have a hard time putting both breasts on without them overlapping in the middle of my chest. Is there any way to mitigate that?

@omgalreadyinuse , The best idea is to find out the largest cup size for your bra band size, and then use our fitting chart to figure out the breast form that fits that bra. You definitely want something that fits into the pockets of your bra, and forms that don't overlap on your chest. I hope you find forms that you really like.

@omgalreadyinuse You could possibly go with an Oval shaped form and turn them in such a way that the "wing" goes out towards the arms. That might keep them from overlapping. Also, the Semi-Round form is designed to have a lot of projection in a smaller "footprint". Mostly though, the larger forms (Size 10 and up) simply won't fit in the pockets of 36DD bras. You could try the Glamorize Bra (found in our Fashion/Lingerie section) because that is designed with very large cups.
