You highlight them by pressing and holding down on you left mouse clicker, and dragging the cursor over both connections, then let go of the left clicker, and simply right click on one and bridge connections.

Also, the xbox doesn't need to be off. It will actually connect fast if its on when doing this.

You don't have to bridge connection's. I actually prefer to share my laptop's connection with the xbox. So just Right click on Wireless Network Connection, click properties, go to the Shared tab, and check the box that says Allow other computers to connect through this connection. Click apply, and let the local area connection connect.

Bridging doesn't allow you to be on your laptop's internet sometime's. With sharing you will never have that problem. Also, sharing is better for hosting game's.

I cant believe that you think that the ethernet cable makes it a wired connection. A wired connection is where yoour ethernet cable is hooked straight into the back of your router. Otherwise the usb cable of the xbox 360 adapter is called a wired connection too!
