I applied for the programme and my first interview is on Monday but I'm really nervous about being chosen as I really want to go.. What tips would you give on being successful?

@babyoutstanding Hey! As cheesy as it sounds, just be yourself... but with a Disney twist! Smile constantly, nod frequently and ask questions. Show your interest, prepare some practice answers and (try to) appear confident but not cocky. If you have a joint interview with someone else, smile at them too and try to include them in your interview, almost like a group conversation.
