I think, of all the characters in the show, Davis Bloome got the shortest end of the stick. I mean they spend the entire season building him up as this tragic character and then finally, once his good side from the creature, the writers decide to make his good side just as evil as the monster. Pure B.S
I had a feeling that Clark inhaled some Black Kryptonite in this episode, because we all remember that it was Kal-El who always said that "Clark Kent is dead".
