  • @VMCTrainsChannel Make sure you check out MOVR #24 and #47 to see what it was and what I added as of last year. It's time to start planning the update for 2011.

    Thanks for watching!!

  • that is so awesome!

  • @TheDawgParty Thank you!!...please check out my MOVR #47, to see the progress made since this video was shot.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Thanks for watching!!

  • Enjoyed watching hope to see more

  • Thanks for watching! Hopefully by year's end I will have operations in the area to the left of video beginning going, with some basic scenery in place.

  • very nice...but u have a lot of work left...really huge layout, i like it...

  • Thanks!!

  • Great video, and great N scale layout. Looks like you have put a great amount of work into it as well.

  • Imagine what I could have completed, had I not went back and converted it to Kato track, AFTER I had it laid out with Atlas.

  • Thanks for watching!!

  • Sonny thinks you system and video are outstanding. Can't get over the size.

  • 2010 will be the year I get the Secondary Sub completely tracked and wired, opening up that left side for operations.

  • I can't believe how much!!

  • This is a terrific video. I can truly see how far things have come in comparison to the first video. Good job.

  • It's changed a lot since you last seen it in person, hasn't it??

  • god your layout is huge

  • does that kato crossing diamond in the beggining of the vid ahve the power cut-off in it so that 1 train can cross while another sits nearby (switches around) w/out power?

  • There is nothing that would automatically stop one train while another crossed, if that's what you mean. Both tracks are electrically isolated from each other. In fact, 1 leg is on one transformer, the other leg is on another.

I can run that CSX/DH loco set right into the side of the coal train....the only thing stopping it is there is no power to the CSX/DH train, as I have that block turned off.

If you still have a question about it, just ask. I'll try to answer it.

  • I know the kato turnouts can isolate the power all by themselves & I was wondering if the kato diamond could do that as well.

  • nice vid.

  • Thanks for watching!

  • Wow you have that same noise my old kato sd40 makes. I wonder what it is?

  • That's the AC4400 making that racket. He's cold and cranky today, but the train is still making it along at the 40 setting out of 100 on my transformer.

  • It probably needs lubricant either in the gear boxes or in the drive shaft.

  • u got alot of stuff!!

  • 36 years in N scale.

Some of the museum locos are just for show, having given out long ago.

  • cool progress and glad to see you back at the working and showing what you have done thanks

  • Thanks!! I'll have to admit....I'M GUILTY!! I just get up there and start running trains and having so much fun that I say "screw the scenery!"

Seen a couple of other "updates" to layouts recently, and decided it was time to show my improvements.

  • Nice railroad!

  • Thanks!!
