Corn snakes first frozen mouse

Why do people get so upset by a carnivorous animals natural behavior? It DOES need to eat meat, as in live (or dead) animals. I'm a vegetarian, and even I know this. A TRUE carnivore needs only meat from a whole, raw animal. If you don't like to watch, than don't, but don't get mad at a responsible owner who does the right thing by giving their own pet what they need. true carnivores only eat every once in awhile anyway. Quit being pussies and accept snakes and spiders for what they are.

@raska36350 if you own a carnivorous predatory animal, you have to feed them prey. Frozen pinkies are okay, as they are already dead, but some people feed snakes and spiders live pinkies too, and lives bugs. It may not be pleasant, but it's good for the animal to feel wild. It's good for them. Besides, the need to eat, and you can't feed them broccoli.

i used to have a corn snake, and he must have been a lazy-ass...he would just eat it without constricting. and i never had those little single packs...i kept a block of 20 frozen in the freezer. id knock one off with an ice pick and thaw it in the microwave. my mom hated that.
