  • you could try not eating for a week, eat a salad or two, drink water, stay away from any sort of sugar. you can lose atleast 5 lbs if you try hard enough, thats a months worth of work right there : )

  • dont not eat for a week , what it does is your body needs food to run on and if u starve it , your body will start tacking the things it needs out of your muscle so your arms and abs will shrink this is why u might think youve lost like 6lb because mucle waighs more than fat so u will lose some fat but also some muscle if u do that :) just a tip

  • It'd be fairly useless to make a video. I mean, I would just "graze" on healthy snacks instead of eat meals. And drink lots of water. That's how I did it before. When you start though, it comes off quick, then it slows to a couple of pounds a week.

  • Here's a way to lose weight:do cardio. Building muscle (focusing on building muscle) won't burn calories, cardio will. Go jogging, swiming, biking. Any of those. Walking will be more effective than this.
