  • Well, if by chance, you fail; it won't be for lack of planning!

    You could call the airport tower and notify them that you'll be flying there. They just like to know what every little blip actually is.

  • It is entirely possible, I'm not sure how likely it is though. I think I read that in some AMA literature.

  • Good job Davey. I up graded my wild hawk as per RCpowers. I also got the same camera as you. I got a 2.4 ghz radio and receiver from that china hobby supply website - $50 shipped (don't know if I can post URL's). Looking forward to your videos from the sky. I hope to be able to post mine soon. Look for "budkeywest" on youtube> He has a video of me flying RCP's extra 300. The name of the video is Jim's foamy yak. He didn't know the name of the plane.

  • @daveyedgar I tried to respond but the response got blocked. Probably because I had some url's in the message. I'll try again. The extra 300 has a BL-2208 motor, An HK speed controller 15-18amp,

    and 2-3 cell lipo batteries ranging from 360-800mAh.
