@RIDONKulousify Remember in T1 the T-800 wasn't affected really by the M16 in the police station when both detectives fired upon it. In here this model is a T-888 which is more advanced and sophisticated then the former,either way though the FBI guys were screwed.

this scene really begs the question, "how many times you need to shoot something before discovering that it won't die?" there had to be 20 guys shooting at cromartie and none of them realized that he wasn't going down after firing who knows how many rounds?

I talk about the reality, not the movie. A M995 AP Ammo has 33324fps at 78', from muzzle and can easily penetrate a 12mm Steelplatte with 300HB, at 100m. You think, a Endoskeleton can resist that?:D No way, thats Fantasy crap.

1st swat uses CQB weaponry, like MP5, shotguns, rarely M4.

2nd no AP weapon will do any acceptable damage, if you are confronted with electronics EMI weapons are your best bet.

What I never quite got is how Cromartie, tough as he was, was able to defeat 20 crack-shot, heavily armed FBI riflemen, but Derek, Sarah, and Cameron could take him down.

Well, for one thing Cameron is easily his equal, being a late model Terminator herself. Plus with Derek, a highly trained Soldier and Sarah, who spends all her time preparing to fight robots, easy peasy.

I see your point, but Cameron did not engage Cromartie in hand-to-hand combat. And besides, several of those FBI guys had M-16 assault rifles, while Cameron had a shotgun and Sarah and Derek had MP-5s. The 5.56 mm rounds in those ARs would be stronger and pack more punch than the 9 mm MP-5, right?

They are normally trained to shoot centre mass(chest) unless the situation dictates otherwise. I don't think that 20 of them would get into the room all at once, possibly 2 or 3 at a time so they wouldn't see that the body shots were ineffective till it was too late. Any headshots Cromartie sustained were inaccurate and not sustained in the same area unlike when he was killed(which would have damaged his chip)

uranium ammo is ussless in subsonic guns, the whole idea is based on velocity and mass, meaning the heavier material used for bullet the thinner bullet can be made, the lesser impact area while hitting the armor the beterr penetration-but it only can be achived with hi velocity

Good of you to post the scene in the correct ratio and without any sudden cut-off, edit, or music that doesn't belong with the scene. I believe that people who can't keep the original intact shouldn't post any scenes like this at all. The only thing that happens is people get annoyed when they think they've found the original and then the music suddenly is a Chipmunk song or something like it.

Great thing about the soundtrack is that it manages to put terminator universe within a religious context, without getting preachy at the same time.

Describing Teminator as the Fourth Horseman of Apocalypse is just plain damn badass. Putting it in a catchy tune is even better.
