How come u don't use ravage, i know u said that its not worth it but i see u a lot of times behind them in stealth, isnt it a good opener? just wondering.
@peaughfan101 in pvp pounce is much better - it adds bleeding, stuns, and therefore no chance to miss or avoid a single mangle which is important for hitting 5-combo-point Rip at 3rd sec.

I agree with everything except two things. 1: A lot of people are not getting passed 4.5% hit because Ferals get refunded energy for misses, dodges, and parries. I do get hit cap, but having 4.5% hit will make you not miss any pounces, ravages, rips, or FBs. 2: A huge part of beating other melee classes is bleed kiting. We are the hard counter to all other melee classes and that's how we beat them.

This is a pretty AWEFUL guide to Feral PvP. 1st. Shread > Mangle allways, it does much more dmg. Agility > Mastery > Crit > Haste, Feral druids are all about your bleeds = 3,1% more bleed dmg from each 1% of Mastery, over 1% crit. And why in the world, would you want more armor in bear, over 4% crit in cat. Dont try to "tank" people in bear, whenever you get Preadetor Swiftness proc, use in on Entagling Roots, or Cyclone, and run away from them, in cat - hence the 45% increased speed in cat. etc
Missing so many important PvP Talents. Master Shapeshifter, wtf not!?!?!
Thick hide, thats abit iffy, as a feral druid, you should be doing alot of running, thats pretty much for tanking out people. If you use bear mostly, your an idiot for not taking Pulverize. Btw, Feral Swiftness stacks with all speedbuffs,

I'm curious.. You mentioned applying bleeds then going on the defensive, but it seemed like you were getting alot of 15k+ crits.. Were those bleeds? Not sure how hard feral bleeds crit for. Also, after applying bleeds (especially in bg's) is it completely necessary to go on the defensive? I don't see many ferals perform to your standard, but they do alright and appear to be in cat form most if not all of the match.

Nice vid i personally like the stragedy. Too all those feral druids out there, a nice little tip. You can still use-up combo points on a target that is dead. Once they die you can savage roar, instead of letting them go to waste. It can be great way to get extra damage for almost nothing. I think it helps alot in pvp and pve. Even if you only have 1 combo point on the target.. it still lasts 22 second.
But just a tip in general; Bind your key to either your mouse or keyboard instead of clicking on them. You'll notice a difference, anyways i think this guide will be helpful to ALOTS of druid. Thanks for your vid!

@datucan He doesn't do arena competitively (which he has stated several times). However, if you encounter this guy in a 1v1 situation, you will go down so hard that you'll either reroll a feral druid yourself or you will quit the game entirely.
I noticed in some vids you sometimes get a rip off really fast somehow but now sure how, I usually go stealth feral->maim stun->shred for the stun and damage opener, then depending on distance either rake/faerie fire, mangle etc. and using Rip whenever at 5 points, I'm sure I'm doing some less efficient
@Jordo54321 If you use feral charge, while having talent points in Stampede, you can use pounce and immediately use ravage (which will cost no energy and will almost always crit), giving you three points right off the bat. Getting another crit with mangle, shred or rake would bring you up to five combo points, and the opponent is just (if even) out of the pounce stun. Just one tactic, not sure if that's what he was doing.
@Jordo54321 Not sure whether this is helpfull to you now at all, neither am i sure that it is the perfect way to open but i find it to be quite nice to do this:
Open with stealth --> Pounce --> Mangle --> Rake --> Tigers Fury --> Rip (if not on 5 Combo points cuz nothing critted do a Shred) --> then do one more Shred --> Savage Roar
It works pretty nice and i think Savage Roar is fairly underestimated atm, it really helps when setting up burst

I would just like to say one thing. Most classes with taunts dont have meny long range attacks. Druids are a stealth class. It's simply to keep you in combat.
Great video with lots of fantastic information, but you have to take it with a grain of salt because a lot of points that he gave were directly AGAINST what competitive arena Feral Druids say, such as Glyph of Entangling Roots, no Master Shapeshifter, no Fury Swipes, and saying Savage Roar is not as useful.
All in all you seem like a very skilled Feral Druid, but those who watch must not take everything he said at face value.
Good vid, beginning to like your work. So in your opinion feral is more of a "tanking" pvp class, eating damage. Offensive play is okay too in my opinion, keeps the opponents defensive in a way that you are controlling what they do.

Thrash - great for flag defending. Especially for some one who "always uses bear form" The spec not a fan of. especially with only 3 into the healing tree. Healing is stil great for arena's on a double dps team such as mage/feral etc. And the click is such a turn off. Not to impressed. Thanks for posting though.
@Ghostwyren Thrash costs 25 Rage. Swipe costs 15. What are you talking about "healing tree?" You think Healing Touches for 14k are going to save your arena partners? You could deal twice that amount of damage in the time it takes to cast one. I'm assuming you're talking about taking Naturalist which would be the only practical use for your claim. Otherwise you're only concerned about instant casts.
@Neandrathal Thrash is actually a lot better than Swipe for flag defending, because of the DoT apply. They can't even try to cap flag for 6 seconds. It's arguably how much of a difference it really makes, but I find that it's more useful. That's pretty much it though.

Well i don't really like this vid....really ? The only reason you would go bear form is to output a stun or a charge on the target and get a decent window to heal or get a better cat start..i see no point in using bear in pvp...anyway it's your choice and also a littel tip for everybody.....never manualy click your trinkets...better use a macro like

Nice vid i personally like the stragedy. Too all those feral druids out there, a nice little tip. You can still use-up combo points on a target that is dead. Once they die you can savage roar, instead of letting them go to waste. It can be great way to get extra damage for almost nothing. I think it helps alot in pvp and pve. Even if you only have 1 combo point on the target.. it still lasts 22 second.

But just a tip in general; Bind your key to either your mouse or keyboard instead of clicking on them. You'll notice a difference, anyways i think this guide will be helpful to ALOTS of druid. Thanks for your vid!

the shred mangle thing is not true anymore.... mangle and shred are based on weapon damage so savage roar doesnt help shred dmg or mangle dmg

@datucan He doesn't do arena competitively (which he has stated several times). However, if you encounter this guy in a 1v1 situation, you will go down so hard that you'll either reroll a feral druid yourself or you will quit the game entirely.

Spec is horrible.
And you dont shred. Feral is all about shredding, and is not effected by savage roar.
And back in 4.0.3 there was instant roots glyph. You have glyph of maul in its place =/

Hey, what is your standard stealth opener?
I noticed in some vids you sometimes get a rip off really fast somehow but now sure how, I usually go stealth feral->maim stun->shred for the stun and damage opener, then depending on distance either rake/faerie fire, mangle etc. and using Rip whenever at 5 points, I'm sure I'm doing some less efficient

@Jordo54321 If you use feral charge, while having talent points in Stampede, you can use pounce and immediately use ravage (which will cost no energy and will almost always crit), giving you three points right off the bat. Getting another crit with mangle, shred or rake would bring you up to five combo points, and the opponent is just (if even) out of the pounce stun. Just one tactic, not sure if that's what he was doing.

@Jordo54321 Not sure whether this is helpfull to you now at all, neither am i sure that it is the perfect way to open but i find it to be quite nice to do this:
Open with stealth --> Pounce --> Mangle --> Rake --> Tigers Fury --> Rip (if not on 5 Combo points cuz nothing critted do a Shred) --> then do one more Shred --> Savage Roar
It works pretty nice and i think Savage Roar is fairly underestimated atm, it really helps when setting up burst

In patch 4.1 - Feral Swiftness now also causes Dash and Stampeding Roar to have a 50/100% chance to instantly remove all movement impairing effects from the affected targets when used.
Stampeding Roar is now FUCKING great!

Yes our bleeds hurt No it wont win you arena matches against skilled GEARED players. I would just like to say one thing. Most classes with taunts dont have meny long range attacks. Druids are a stealth class. It's simply to keep you in combat.

Great video with lots of fantastic information, but you have to take it with a grain of salt because a lot of points that he gave were directly AGAINST what competitive arena Feral Druids say, such as Glyph of Entangling Roots, no Master Shapeshifter, no Fury Swipes, and saying Savage Roar is not as useful.
All in all you seem like a very skilled Feral Druid, but those who watch must not take everything he said at face value.

Good vid, beginning to like your work. So in your opinion feral is more of a "tanking" pvp class, eating damage. Offensive play is okay too in my opinion, keeps the opponents defensive in a way that you are controlling what they do.

Somewhere in the vid i think you fought a frost mage in BfG.
you were stealth and then used Feral Charge to start on him... well now feral charge procs a Ravage out of stealth. is it efficent to use charge in stealth? wouldnt that be wasting a 30 sec or so proc?

@MrDaJaydude its not worth spamming mangle, when a traditional druid would put up mangle 30% dmg buff aswell as rake another % buff onto shred, in my opinion, its worth using shred, i see higher numbers, and if its AVAILABLE im always for shred over mangle

Thrash - great for flag defending. Especially for some one who "always uses bear form" The spec not a fan of. especially with only 3 into the healing tree. Healing is stil great for arena's on a double dps team such as mage/feral etc. And the click is such a turn off. Not to impressed. Thanks for posting though.

@Ghostwyren Thrash costs 25 Rage. Swipe costs 15. What are you talking about "healing tree?" You think Healing Touches for 14k are going to save your arena partners? You could deal twice that amount of damage in the time it takes to cast one. I'm assuming you're talking about taking Naturalist which would be the only practical use for your claim. Otherwise you're only concerned about instant casts.

@Neandrathal Thrash is actually a lot better than Swipe for flag defending, because of the DoT apply. They can't even try to cap flag for 6 seconds. It's arguably how much of a difference it really makes, but I find that it's more useful. That's pretty much it though.

id like u as my private trainer in druids, i just leveld a druid up to 85, and i really suck at pvp, i dont know what rotations you should do, when to change to bearform etc.
