I'm no expert on black metal, I'm merely pointing out that Abgott is commercialised shite in the same vein as Abigor, Luna ad Noctum, Carpathian Forest, Dark Funeral et al.

I didn't mention the bands you spoke of as most of them (Mayhem, Immortal, Darkthone, Behemoth) have turned away from black metal. Ancient are crap and so I did not use them as an example of 'decent' black metal; Albigoth I have never even heard of. I did not mention Burzum as I assumed that most have already heard of them.

These guys are great.  I have always liked real dark,cold and grim black metal. I am not a big fan of commercialized black metal like Dimmu Borgir, Cradle of Filth etc.
