I'm very late coming to this party, two and a half years late, but I think this is great stuff. I especially like the two horns who both know the meaning of the music. The trumpet tone is unbelievably good. Thank you so much for uploading this and others for our benefit.

Thanks. When I was a teenage clarinettist and went to visit George Lewis at his home in Algeres, many people wanted to, but couldn't really, copy his style. I made it a priority to keep the George Lewis / Bunk Johnson sound alive so I made the Salt City Saints as a tribute band, one of the only ones left other than Woody Allen. I can do better transcribing or recreating every note including solos then having classical musicians play the scores so no modernization can creep in. 'Doc'Miller
