PRE-1994 hip hop only

  • @211bkmob Can't limit yourself bro if you don't go to 95 you are missin out on like Pharcyde's "Runnin" and that is a fucking classic, just listen to everything and for sure check that joint out above, amazing it defines hip hop.

  • @NoRageHere69 Fuck it man. Em was good ten years ago. He's shit now....makin shit with Bruno Mars and other corny ass mahfuckers with corny ass beats. • Remember seeing Red and the Brick Squad on a float at Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn for Labor, banging this. Man music is a time capsule. Wish I had videos of myself from that ERA, bet it closely resembles these cats...

  • All these skinny son of a bitch fucks are ripping of the 1980s hard and the sad part about it is many of them do not even realize it. That is the sad times we are living in. At least back in the 90s we had our own original style that had never been done before. STOP ripping off the 1980s all you wack skinny jean multi-colored retro nike wearing pieces of shit. Your mitchell and ness wanna-be sports specialties snapback hats make me want to vomit too. Fuck 2011.

  • 43 dislikes= lil wayne,soldierboy and drake fans.

  • LONG LIVE MELLE MEL, KOOL MOE DEE, BUSY B STARSKI, SPOONIE G, COLD CRUSH BROTHERS, CURTIS BLOW, GRAND MASTER FLASH,RUNDMC,LL KOOL J,SLICK RICK,COOL G RAP,RAKIM THE GREAT, KRS-ONE, BIG DADDY KANE, PUBLIC ENEMY, DOUG E FRESH, QUEEN LATIFAH, LYTE, EPMD, WU TANG CLAN, METHOD MAN, HEAVY D,BUSTA RHYMES, NAS, BIGGIE, BIG PUN, DMX, JAY Z, TUPAC, BIG L, REDMAN, TREACH...First team reps of the MECCA of hip hop...The pioneers to the golden agers to the 90's squadron....Their music will be TIMELESS!!

  • @dabx170 <--- true that .. timeless hip hop will never die ..

  • @dabx170 omg!! long live rap and hail the OLD SCHOOL!! thx for all this and the list goes on...

  • southern rappers still don't understand this concept, which is why HIP HOP is dead on the commercial level!!! The real mc's are underground and will re emerge again in the future!!! South will go down in history for injuring this art form and setting it back 30 years...respect for outkast, mystical, luda & TI...Wayne diluted it and all the rest dumded it down..

  • @dabx170 hey bruh...I'm from Alabama (i know you never heard of it)...and i was born in 1978...this was the era of music i was raised in. look hip hop from NY was all i've listened too since thats where it started from '78 with kool herc, red alert, grandmaster kaz, the def jam movement, krush groove, ect. it really blossomed during the mid 80's to the summer of 95...in middle school circa 92-94...there were only a handful of southern MC's that emerged and actually made sense telling our stories

  • @brandonbanks32278 you was kiddin about alabama right? I appreciate your response..I am 48 from the boogiedown been living in dallas since 92..I saw this art form give birth in the streets and house partys before rappers delight proved this could go from local clubs and fame to making money and world wide..so forgive me for being critical..like saying NYC makes better barbeque and soul food than the south...original art form can be imitated never duplicated..

  • @dabx170 8-BALL and MJG, UGK, DEVIN THE DUDE, GETO BOYS, OUTKAST, SUAVE HOUSE , and some MC's from the west...ICE-T, ICE CUBE and the lynch mob, TOO SHORT. look it's not like folks in the south don't know what real hip hop is...especially if they were born in 78...but i also agree with you in regards of how some southern rappers these days just come out with anything without doing ther homework 1st...but don't count us out yet...NC is coming up thanks to 9th wonder and Alabama will too thnx 2 me

  • @brandonbanks32278 Thank God for u tube.I can go back in time and look and listen to my era which last forever.Doug e fresh, sold few records more of a personality and entertainer live, is still relevant to date. The pioneers still do small venue tours internationally 20 to 30 years past relevance because the good shit last forever...but when you talking about spinnin wheels, candy apple cream coated with booties shakin to ringtone beats, it dies after rotation. take bama to the next level. E Z

  • @dabx170 will do chief....1 love bruh...keep that boom bap goin

  • Let's say you won a chevrolet & parking Mc's Like cars & driving Mc's away, Tanks gonna be full, 2 rappers wanna tempt me, i'll break the stear shift and leave them empty..but they can't GO, so i'm a call the whole tow truck..to go towtruck your weak SIDDDDDDEEEE SHOW!!!! K SOLO'S FLOW WAS UNORTHODOX AND METAPHORED THE WHOLE RHYME.....

  • I'm the Original Rap Criminal..My shot spelled "sprayed Duck", Means my trigger fingers Digital!!! *****MENTALITY OF THE OLD SCHOOL***

  • @dabx170 RIGHT

  • Comment removed

  • NY NIGGA WTF!!! BANG BOOM POW!!!

  • 3:35 - 43 people have Cerebral Palsy.

If you were offended by that statement, then you understand why they censored it in the video.

  • 43 R&B singers mad that they could roll with the hit squad

  • first heard this shit at age 11 in 1998

  • whats with the censorship

  • All these new rappers can GET DAH BOOOZAK Kid! This shit right here is the hardcore shit.

  • WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR HIP HOP Y'ALL!?!?!?! This right here what it is all about!!!!!!!!!!! Redman had the best part!!!!!

  • mad vanity rap out there,

    niggas proud of their kitchen and shit floating in their pool;

    but this is goal orientated.

    hit squad 4 ever

  • The Best Album Of '92 Period!

  • true hip hop, so much energy,so much delivery in the lyrics, you cant help but to bob your head , YO WHERE IS MY HOODIE!

  • the beat sounds like ryde or die by the ruff ryders

  • @tbizm they took this beat to do that song...

  • @tbizm this is wher ruff ryders jacked it from, and this pisses all over it, sorry !!

  • @tbizm Yea. Ruff Ryders "Ryde or Die", circa 1999/2000. Eve, DMX, Jada, Styles P, Drag-on. Same beat, different flavor. I love this track, but the Ruff Ryders hit it out the cipher.

  • My girl just reminded me, The LOX got it started. ONE

  • this is the type of rap we need to hear and see on MTV and those so call music channels. Rap music today has gone soft where is the hardcore rap that we use to love and listen to? we're tired of seeing bitches and cars and fake blings we need to see guns, baseball bats niggas with hoodies you know real rappers not these fake ass so called rapper flauting cars they don't even own and houses they rented just to be in videos.

  • yo this beat is nuuutz

  • @nakkeost2 The sample they used in this one is

"One Of Those Funky Thangs" by Parliament.

That, along with Erick Sermon's producing genius

makes this song an instant hit.

  • ohhhhhhh yeaaaaah goddammit the muthuphukan hit squad

  • tony yayo look like parrish smith without the talent lol lmbo

  • No skinny jeans in this video you motherfuckers.

  • NEGROES!!! lol

  • lolz @ people tryna star shit about Em and EPMD and compare em, when Redmans is eminems fave MC, and Red respects Eminem.... lolz

  • cuz he get rek with the tek the blunt & moet. haha.

I'm whiteboy but i cant really get on ems dick like the rest, especially middle america where i lives at now. i can't stand it!

but i like house of pain though...we would jack foos on MUNI for walkmans watches and wallets.

  • I am really gettin sick of you whiteboys bringing EM's name up. Go and watch the bitches videos and comment there. He brought NOTHING to hiphop, he is just the only whiteboy who can rap in this era. And if Em lived in this era with Nas, Jay-z in his prime, Pac, Biggie, Wu-tang, Jeru, Spice 1, Scareface, Smooth the hustler, Buckshot in his prime, KRS, that little shit would be working at UPS. Don't ever disrepect EPMD by comparing that trash to them. Stop disrespecting the culture, damn.

  • @blackplaque617 HAHa Man, EM could NEVER walk through and REAL hood w that shit. If he woulda showed up in Brooklyn somewhere with that babblebabble bobblehead bullshit, especially in like '92, he would have been murdered - definitely lyrically. Eminem is simply the equivalent to white boy, cartoon RAP. He's like "rap" with helmets and kneepads for white kids. He only disses women, teen girls, pop teens. NO real thugs.Eminem is not and never was or ever will be a Hip Hop artis. He's a rapperrrr.

  • @65neu Thank you bra for that comment, finally someone who knows hiphop. Whiteboy is overrated up the ass. He's has not said one lyric that wow me, I'm not hatin but it's true.

  • @blackplaque617 go listen to 1996's infinite bra.

  • @blackplaque617 this shit is dope, but dont hate on Em, that dude is a beast

  • @65neu you're out of your mind, people like you shouldnt be aloud to speak

  • Didn't know Em had a joint to this. This shit is an all time Classick!!!!!!!!

  • You want to be realistic, Eminem brought nothing to hiphop just like wayne and those other dickheads. I will rather listen to all of Kanye's albums besides 808 heart break and even some of rick ross's shit before I bump any Eminem. Em and wayne could rap, but they ain't saying shit, just rhyming. If these dudes were to challenge K-solo to a battle, he'll have them working at UPS, on the real.

  • @blackplaque617 / Ok so you don;t like Eminem - my question is - " Do You Have Any Friends? "

"I will rathat listen to Kaney" - Dude, are you serious ? It's strange, when you fight for EPMD, critic Em and defend Kaney...?

  • @donfeelip I never said that whiteboy, I just assume your white because only you dicks bring up Em's name out of no where, fuck him, u, and his fans. I have NEVER said that EPMD are the only real MC's so stop putting words in my mouth. Kanye spits way more real shit then Em does and is a better producer. Kanye not on the level of nas, raekwon, AZ, 2pac, Bis, Rakim, DMX, etc. hell no, but I rather listen to him than that biter Em who stole master ace and big L's style.

  • @blackplaque617 u know what, I could argue and argue for a long time, but fuck it. It's your opinion, your choice, your taste. U dont like em, I love Em, U like Kaney I hate Kaney. Hip-Hop should connect, not devide. Peace.

  • 43 people cant bang they heads!

  • fuck everybody ! I am a huge Em fan, but also I am a fan of classic rap. I don't care what you haters say about Em. Em started his shit after EPMD ,NWA Biggie Pac, De La soul etc... and what the problem ? It is obvious that those mc's were spitting firt, b-cuz they are a lil bit older, and they started thier careers faster. But I would bet, that, if Em was famous in thier era, he would fucking stip fire, and you haters would changed your minds Fuck : kanye,drake,wayne,ross,khalifa,souljaboy....

  • @donfeelip WTF are you talking about? What the hell does Em have to do wit this vid? Seriously, get off his dick, this is Epmd, real hiphop. I'm just going to assume your white because only thing you whiteboys do is comment about the dude on every hiphop vid. Alright he can rap and you whiteboys can relate to him, but black people can't. I'm not in to dissin pop singers and christopher reed, killing my moms and wife and crying about my daughter. If you guys like that shit than fine.

  • @blackplaque617 white only comment ? Does that mean, that if I'm not blaack I cannot listen to EPMD or DasEFX ? That's ignorant. Oh and pleaase don;t tell me that black poele can;t relate to some of Em's lyrics?! you dont like marshall - ok - your choice / but for fuck sake don;t tell me that EPMD is the one and only true, real and pure hip -hop just b'cuz it was B4 Em. U also can say that rakim&ericB or DJ Kool Herc was realistic! and dissing pop singers is just Em style, which you don't get!

  • its all a cycle guys...before our hardcore gen with songs like headbanger hip hop groups were looking like the village people dressing like iroquis warrios and police officers..lol..it'll change again, prob not to what it used to be but hopefully some kid out there is soaking up real shit like this and he just eradicates all this contemporary hip-pop nonsense..,heres to the next gen after this one..hopefully they can make the music relevant once again...

  • What's with all the Em comments, did he do this song too?

  • BANG BANG

  • Fuck skinny jean faggots.

  • I feel very strange after listen to this song? Why do I feel like putting on a black hoodie, grabbing a basball bat and started beatin niggas that wear skinny jeans who jerk or douggie and listen to young money artists? Very weird

  • @blackplaque617

Skinny jean faggots are unoriginal that is why they rip off the 1980s because they cannot create anything new.

  • @blackplaque617 LOLOL!! i couldnt help but laugh at this one. i guess its because im feellin gthe same way

  • wtf eminem shit u all talkin about? i don't listen to this sellout bitch so may anybody introduce me to the story?

  • SHITTIN ON ALL THIS NEW CHUMP "HIP HOP"

We could drive around all day listening to the same cassette and never get bored of it. Today people need I Pods so they can scroll through garbage song after garbage song because after a few listens today's shit gets old and boring. Fuck 2011. 1992 all day fam!
