I noticed that the vehicles I showed were only those of Hennepin Co. But I distinctly remember seeing other vehicles there and hearing from the neighbors, "Why are the Ramsey County authorities here?"

I was new to Minnesota at the time, so I didn't really know which county Minneapolis was in, nor why it would be so abnormal for Ramsey county officials to be there.

@rucdelaspook Minneapolis is in Hennepin County, I am sure they called upon Ramsey County for mutual aid, as they were all working together cohesively at the time for RNC.
