So true... I think one of the saddest (but also one of my favorite) John Sheppard moments was when, right after the second feeding, he started nodding to let Elizabeth know she did the right thing not giving in to Kolya’s demands. He was captured and tortured, but his main concern was the fact that Lizbeth might feel guilty. That says a lot about his character and the strength of their bond.
