  • Great idea, this is what I have been doing to fill myself up. I have half a potato, bell pepper, onions, spinach and tofu for a great dinner. Keep up the good job of walking and moving.

  • That actually doesn't sound half bad. I'm going to get a lot more veggies this weekend when I go grocery shopping. And I'm not formular with tofu to much I have only had it in Chilli. Maybe I'll try it again :) Thanks for your comment!
