It is a blue hooded top with the sleeves cut off. However that top isn't in the game so I used the closest available one. Try looking up Scarlet Spider in comics or online first.
You must be colour blind then. Every picture, comic, game, cartoon etc with Scarlet Spider has him wearing a blue hoodie! It won't let me put plinks here or I would have have every one I could find!!!
