to add... people will never get good paying jobs unless they can afford to get an education and I honestly believe the lower turnouts are caused by the initial disgust young people experience when they begin to understand the warped system they have inherited from years of governmental mismanagement and the feeling that they don't relate to politicians a generation ahead of them.
