You should experience gas prices in other countries like here in Canada, we pay a fair bit more! Same with all of europe, etc. The USA has relatively low gas prices.

Maybe just a costume cloak or robe with a hood and some white hair spray. "For shame! For shame be the hour for the time is at hand!" Maybe a costume robe and cape.

I also found a Long-Nosed Black & White Venetian Adult Mask. Gotta love that. I'm thinking that, some sort of funky hat and a cape.
