Just to bring this to you guys' attention, it wasn't until after the forty days and forty nights were over that the devil came to tempt Jesus. In Matthew 4:2-3, it says, "And he fasted forty days and forty nights, and afterward he was hungry. And the tempter came". I think there is a message in this for us all. When we've given all we can give, as Jesus did for forty days and forty nights, we are then called to give even more.

I really love that Jesus was depicted in a Biblical way. Isaiah tells us that He was not a man with physically beautiful features, yet he's always portrayed as this handsome man.

I love that the slides are not like this.
