They aren't going to be using the shock bracelet for obvious reasons, but they are going to end up using RFID chip bracelets for tracking and control. What strikes me as odd though is their eagerness to use RFID chips and think the majority of the population is going to go along with it. A majority of America is Christian, which Christians see it as the mark of the beast, so how are they going to enforce people wearing RFID chips?

Flying or driving are not privilege, they are a right. Anyone that disagrees feel free to explain why.
