naw dude the best are either pearl of yamaha. mapex sound great but they are a bitch to tune. dynastys fall into that same catagory. they sound amazing if you tune them right. but if they arent tuned right they sound nasty

Pearls or Yamahas sound like shit as well if you don't tune them right. Any drum does. So... Tune them right. Dynasty is a far more supportive company and if Yamaha or Pearl were any better, than BD would play them. Be real... They could play whatever the hell they wanted to.
