Alright...you have to be using some kind of cheat code in order for your mana to barely get used up. I have Ciacco's Bile Lvl 3 too, have my entire Unholy side upgraded, and all but 3 of the Holy side. Both are at Lvl 7. I have to use my Divine Armor sparingly or my mana runs out in a hurry. Yours barely depletes at all and then regenerates extremely fast. I commented on your Pt 1 video so I'd like to know how you're able to use your magic nonstop without running out. Thanks!
@TheGodofSteel I don't know what to tell you, man. I didn't use any cheats, I just assumed Ciacco's Bile was responsible for my mana regen. Maybe try recording and uploading your attempts so I can see what you're doing differently?
@Jawee Ciacco's Bile does regenerate mana but mine regenerates at a much slower rate and when I activate it, I lose about 30% of it each time. You're losing a significantly smaller amount when you activate it so I don't know that me recording it is going to tell you much other than just proving what I described. I enabled all of the same relics as you but even at 0:22 in your vid where you activate Divine Armor, your mana bar doesn't go down by nearly as much as mine does. This sucks. lol

The reason I think so is not only because of the huge difference in what's going on in your vid but also because on phase 1 of this fight, which took me longer to beat than several entire levels combined, Lucifer's tornadoes kept swirling around the arena long after he had started ground pounding again. This made it almost impossible to beat because when I jumped to avoid the shockwave, a tornado would sweep in, damage my health, then (continued)...

It also wouldn't allow me to use the X button prompt to escape the tornado, so honestly, when I finally did beat phase 1 on Infernal Difficulty? I don't think there is an easy way if you don't have Divine Armor. You could try lowering the difficulty. There's no reward for beating it on the higher difficulties. Just keep using triangle attacks to keep him from attacking you in the middle of your combos. When he pushes you back, dodge immediately. This would also be the best part to use Redemption if you have it. I think Lust Storm makes you immune to some of his attacks, but it doesn't last as long as Divine Armor.
There is no "easy" way without divine armor, even with it on infernal you have to be careful as you have only a handful of uses of it. I beat it on infernal without it during a non resurrection game and yeah, it's not easy at all, but why would you want the last boss to be easy?

Theres a trick to beating his first form almost without getting hit, and his second form you just have to be really on point with countering and play really defensively.
@ral7789 Fyi, i worked out a formula to get everything leveled up as much as i can in a single playthrough, you only need about 5 choice relics leveled up to do it.
Condemn all enemies
Absolve all shades without auto absolve. Switch to whatever relic you want leveled up during all absolvings because it's the number of souls you collect that levels them up.
This method gets you a good balance of holy/unholy and the most souls for your buck as well as the key relics fully leveled by ending
