All it does on E-passport is to cut down on paper work when enter passport check-in (checking to see if you have bad records) and check-out (checking to see if you have the warant on FBI files). Most international country have these e-passport reader. It check your passport history on the fly.

the chip that is in front it`s not the RFID chip, the RFID chip is inside the passport in one of these pages that`s why its still working if the outside chip mechanism is damaged or destroyed.

What people need to really fear is something that almost no one has mentioned, the chip can also be read when you pass a machine that can read the chip and keep track of your movements, habits, locations etc. These are being placed in offices, police cars, shopping centers, hospitals, etc. LATER, after they have experimented and ironed out the problems, they will demand a chip inplanted in your body somewhere, then they will have total control over everyone.
@ianjohn05 I would go and get one of those greeting cards with a little audio message in it and try it on that first to see what happens to the paper and all. You might wind up burning it and then every time you go to travel they could give you a hard time. Although in the passport or when they first send it to you, it says that if the chip mechanism stops working, the passport will still be accepted and used as the old ones were and still are being used.

So it has some similarities to the RFID chip in that it keeps track of you and holds information on you. But since you don't currently need it to buy or sell as it says at the end of chapter 13 in the book of Revelation, I wouldn't be too concerned.

Don't get the passport card, a lady at the passport office told me it's basically useless unless you are just going over the border in to Mexico, Canada or one of the U.S. virgin Islands. So you might as well get the passport book which is th traditional passport. I also recommend getting extra pages in the back of your passport if they offer that option. Normally there are 24 page, better to get more.

Its good for them to be electronically chipped. Unless of course you're a crazy psycho nutter who thinks everyone is out to get them. heat up a pin with a lighter and just hammer a tiny hole where the chip is. it will probly disable if you hammer it, but its best to heat it just to be safe!
It would be good for someone who wishes to clone the passport since it uses wireless technology. Expensive scanners can be used which can read a passport as you walk past.

When you applied for your first passport where it asks "U.S. Citizen?" did you check "Yes" or "No"?
I'm sure like 99.99% of applicants you checked "Yes". They always leave a remedy just not in plain sight. If you read the fine print it also says:
I declare under penalty of perjury all of the following: 1) I am a citizen or NON-CITIZEN NATIONAL of the United States . . . ."
A *non-citizen national* is NOT a Samoan. The US Supreme says it's a *non 14th Amnd citizen* i.e. a "state citizen".

All it does on E-passport is to cut down on paper work when enter passport check-in (checking to see if you have bad records) and check-out (checking to see if you have the warant on FBI files). Most international country have these e-passport reader. It check your passport history on the fly.

@philip2go actually you are wrong, in the pamphlet that comes with the new passports, there is a section that says "look for the electronic passport logo, the logo will be displayed at all terminals equipped with special readers". And another section that says "Your new US Passport contains a small circuit (or "chip")" Do your research before you bash someone.

You are wrong... it does not have a chip... it has bar code instead. Those code will open your files and other data about you? It is a precise record of your travels and also information about who you are? what you called symbol in front are only for US Nationals. If I were you I will removed these video on you tube... Why? the chip that is in front it`s not the RFID chip, the RFID chip is inside the passport in one of these pages that`s why its still working if the outside chip mechanism is damaged or destroyed.

@MansorGR The outside image that I point to is just gold colored print. It's nothing. You are right the actual mechanism is inside the cover but it is very thin, probably some kind of film, because when I run my fingers all along the cover inside and out and touch it from both sides, I can't really perceive any king of device in there.

@KayakServer Um, japan and parts of europe have had chips in their passports for years.. and it's relatively easy leaving the country and getting back in. I dyed my hair in argentina and got back to the US fairly easily, And the US is not the word country ever you're just misinformed.

My daughter who is three years old has the new one which is good for five years.since I got it when she was ten months she has two more years to go,and she only used it on our trip to Canada last month.i still have the old one,I received it when I was 16 and never used it until last month when I went to Canada.I have two more years left on it and I can't believe my mom got it for ten years and I've only used it ones what a waste of money lol

@orangedac If the chip fails at a port-of-entry, the passport remains a valid travel document until its expiration date. You will continue to be processed by the port-of-entry officer as if you had a passport without a chip. Do your research, my friend.

What people need to really fear is something that almost no one has mentioned, the chip can also be read when you pass a machine that can read the chip and keep track of your movements, habits, locations etc. These are being placed in offices, police cars, shopping centers, hospitals, etc. LATER, after they have experimented and ironed out the problems, they will demand a chip inplanted in your body somewhere, then they will have total control over everyone.

@ianjohn05 I would go and get one of those greeting cards with a little audio message in it and try it on that first to see what happens to the paper and all. You might wind up burning it and then every time you go to travel they could give you a hard time. Although in the passport or when they first send it to you, it says that if the chip mechanism stops working, the passport will still be accepted and used as the old ones were and still are being used.

@r0botpiss It's related because it's an electronic chip which may or may not be accessible by gps. So it has some similarities to the RFID chip in that it keeps track of you and holds information on you. But since you don't currently need it to buy or sell as it says at the end of chapter 13 in the book of Revelation, I wouldn't be too concerned.

@YahshuaTheKing the whole 'trackable' spiel is nonsense, they can't track you, the chip doesn't have GPS.. it will never have a GPS chip inside, because to get it to work you need a dozen other chips and circuitry.

The chip stores the same data visually displayed on the photo page of the passport, and additionally includes a digital photograph. The inclusion of the digital photograph enables biometric comparison, through the use of facial recognition technology, at international borders.

@FierceIndian07 It costs about $90 but I heard that the price is going up in many places. Don't get the passport card, a lady at the passport office told me it's basically useless unless you are just going over the border in to Mexico, Canada or one of the U.S. virgin Islands. So you might as well get the passport book which is th traditional passport. I also recommend getting extra pages in the back of your passport if they offer that option. Normally there are 24 page, better to get more.

the placement of the mark can be metaphorical.your hand can present over i.d.s, passports or credit cards.your forehead could mean your mind, where most people already have the mark because there followers of the U.S.government(thebeast) and believe everything they tell them.the "mark" of the beast can mean the submission to a tyrannical government.you cannot buy or sell until you submit mentally and allowed to be always tracked and watched.

Its good for them to be electronically chipped. Unless of course you're a crazy psycho nutter who thinks everyone is out to get them. In Which case, you probably don't have a passport anyway...its hard to get a passport in those strongholds in North Dakota, after all. It enables them to easier verify your identity, read them in more airports, etc and quicker/easier...in otherwords it basically makes travel easier.

It would be good for someone who wishes to clone the passport since it uses wireless technology. Expensive scanners can be used which can read a passport as you walk past.

For those of you who don't think that there is a potential that the RFID chip could be the mark if the beast or that Revelations was literal in that would need something in the right hand or forehead think about this. We are currently living in a world where the government believes everyone is not above suspicion....airport security is one of several examples.

RFID is what the chip is, which then is going to the national I.D. card and then the veri-chip which will be implanted under the skin and no one will be able to buy or sell without it.
