@Kretan This is true. But, it's for the same reason the millenium was celebrated worldwide on 1st Jan 2000 and not 2001. Just the round numbers make appeal to the people. Since we know this, it isn't bad. What matters is to celebrate and honour. The exact date isn't what matters first (and at the end we don't even know the exact date, since the ancient calendar is uncertain).
