You can fix quite alot of wires on the other side. Atleast i was able to do that. You can fit the lower cold cathode on the side panel, i have my both cathodes above and below the window of the sidepanel so that you cant see them, but they light up the case. I have my cathode switch untop of my power supply.
Mine just blacks out if I go higher. And I don't really want to change any voltages. It runs fine anyway, I don't see any reason for me to overclock any higher.
Listen, I don't know if you've realized this yet, but you've literally asked if you should get this or that for every single part. You need to figure these things out by yourself. I just don't want to make these decisions for you, you need to do your own research yourself and look for reviews. That's what I did since day one when I started building computers. I've taught my self to build pc's. I didn't ask other people. And yes, I have windows 7, I've said it in like 3 other videos.

it's not the case that's loud, if so, you did something wrong with you're connections, or it's something else in there making the noise.
