@SuperGospelGangsta no actually, there are 2 types of satanism. you are thinking of theistic satanism, where followers actually believe in and worship the devil. however, the far more common type of satanism is laveyan satanism, which is really more a philosophy that uses satan as a metaphor for doing what you want with your life. marilyn manson is (was) a very loose laveyan satanist whose belief system also incorporates(ed) a lot of christian ideals, as well as other religions.
