if you have google earth on your computer, go to google earth sky and type in these coordinates.

Out of Hoagland's outlandish claims (discounting the debunked 'mars face') an acient or even modern MOONBASE is far more plausible. I believe TERRESTRIAL BLACK PROJECTS exist - how advanced?
Anything's POSSIBLE - warp & subdimensional drives inc. Evidence so far is very DUBIOUS yet often BELIEVED as TRUTH!

I'm an open minded guy but this is possibly the most ludicrous piece of astronomical conjecture I've ever come across. 10% fact combined with, frankly, fairy-taled make-believe. I'm gonna have to check out some more of this guy's work because he seems like a complete FRAUD.
If Hogland is an expert I'd be truly amazed - the Hovind of astronomy?!
Vid is an insult to science, astronomy & intelligence. I'd class it in the same realm as the 'FACE ON MARS' hysteria. GARBAGE for the GULLIBLE IMHO.

I was expecting a Paperclip or AURORA oriented doc. (ie. something vaguely plausible).
After research on Hoagland I must admit he's a COMPLETE FRAUD on many levels. Plagiarism in his early days? Mars face was always a joke - thankfully disproved!
Now it's another SHAPE taken from a STILL of the TURBULENT RINGS of SATURN claimed as an 'ALIEN STRUCTURE'!
Come on, it's sketchier than PICASSO painting with his EYE'S SHUT!
Glad NASA (& India) confirmed it's 40 year susp. of MOON-ICE/WATER though!

Take a sphere and spin it, then drop it with a non-spinning sphere. Guess what, the spinning one stays in the air just a bit longer.
The reason? Hyperdimensional Physics.
Spinning and rotating objects interact with other dimensoins. Take a look at the full Maxwell equations that were published in the 1880's (Maxwell equations are in all modern physics texts dealing with electromagnatism)
Full Maxwell equations are Hyperdimensional in nature.
