no. l'esatto contrario. la Takara vendeva gli stampi alla mego che produceva i micronauti facendoli distribuire dalla airfix in inghilterra, dalla GIG in italia etc. Quando la Mego fallì la GIG italiana iniziò a distribuirseli da sè previa accordi con la Takara stessa. Red Falcon è in realtà "Death Cross", personaggio del manga "Machine Zaura" di GO NAGAI (il papà di Mazinga!). In Italia gli hanno solo cambiato il nome.
