Has Richard Belzer shown up on this incarnation yet? Isn't he required to guest star at least once on every Law & Order? It's not like it would be too hard for him...he lives in France half the year, and he speaks French.

I hope that Channel 5 or Universal or another UK channel will one day buy the rights to this, and naturally they will subtitle it-its a shame they didn't think of subtitling the DVD-some CI fans may of wanted to see it.

This show looks so cool, I wish I could watch it... anyone know where I can watch it online? I hope to see it with English subtitles too someday. I'm kinda a L&O fanatic too. :D

Unfortunately this only appears to be in french even on the DVD's, which is a pain. I hope that someday they may put it on british tv with subs. Pity they never broadcast the episode in the US which featured the introduction to the french counterparts with V and Kate as they filmed one, I guess another episode lays on the shelves along with Ashes of Time.

I *LOVE* that zooming aerial shot of Paris and the music's neat but that's not really a "Law & Order" theme! ;)

I would like the original theme, or some variation of it, bu then again I am an American. We do kind of like things our way. :)

We can't put the us theme on it because it's not based on it. We wanted to make our own crime investigation serie. And if we wanted to do the us theme perhaps we would made the same openig as us'. This is not law and order theme as russian do with the same opening as in us. Even uk's got his own theme of law and order london.

It still be a franchise of law and order, no problem for that, i think there will be a cross over between Paris enquetes criminelles and Law and order CI, d'Ofriono and Vincent Perez will work together, that 'll be cool. But it was a project i don't know if Dick wolf did it.

I don't watch this series so i can't tell which episode he has already appeared or will but i ve read on wiki he is supposed to be on it, at least one episode.

I'm currently watching Homicide : Life in The Street on the french cable each night and that s one billion times better than this french Law and Order.
