This is the WORST way to do Freddy makeup. Just use latex with cotton or paper towels. OR create the patterns with latex. Draw a lot of "patterns" and pieces on a non stick surface with the latex in a glue container then place on face with more latex, powder it, paint it, DONE!

You can probably replace the nose putty with the toilet paper and it would make the build cheaper. All you have to doo is roll up the toilet paper, get it damp, and then spirit gum the paper roll to the actors face.
