Oh my god its a fake and I felt pity for her! damm.....its clearly a fake blood pack, this is normally used in fake fights such as in wrestling and martial arts demo. If you see some of the Hulk Hogan or Rick Flair fights he uses a small blood pack to simulate blood dripping. This is too bad!

The close-up is from 11secs into the clip. Barely 1sec after it's frozen, these 2 blood lines on her cheeks form in the clip, L/R almost simoultaniously. At 4:10 in your clip, the R cheek blood has just appeared. But like on the close-up, there is still no blood in her forehead here either... not YET.
