Waterproof headset? It's a connector that just seals into the case. You need to buy a waterproof headset if you just use a non waterproof headset "oh wow! I should have thought this out more..."

The case is fussy, fussy and more fussy to get your iPhone in and out of...They make it difficult for you to understand this until you buy the product and they refer you a web page of instructions...You have to dig to find it...There is also a 50 time in and out of the case life span of the case...great!...I want something that I can pop the iPhone in and GO...Customer service?...FORGET IT...Slick company with no customer service...all packaging...no go!

Yes voice is not 100%.. but I use blue tooth 90% of the time. Speaker mode works great but yes talking sounds muffled at times.
