Both versions are great, But Katy's voice is so perfect for the song.. it's raw and she meant the song to be more of a crazy rebel song... Kelly makes it sound kind of Poppy and good girl-ish. WHen the lyrics don't really fit. Great job Katy ♥

definitely katy. kelly is very talented, has a great voice and is a fantastic songwriter, but her version of the song was too polished and thus fell flat for me. i like katy's rougher vocals and more sparse production. having said that, i prefer kelly's version of i do not hook up...it has more flirt and flair.
