Don't call him a retard, you jerk! It's supposed to be pronounced with the H, but there was a dialect issue, so there are more people in Europe who pronounce it right than Americans.
I find the hardest part is whisking the eggs(?!) For some reason, the yolks and whites never fuse properly, so there's still the white part floating around in the yolk. It's annoying; I tried using a spoon to take out the whites, but it's too slippery. Go figure. :-)
@Yourmomishon the white part you speak of is the actual chick you can take it out its unhealthy anyway. just get a fork nd scoop out the white roundish thing
Yes you can. I don't think he cares if you get sick or die. Then again, if you can learn to make an omelet then you can figure out the right lubricant for the pan.
thing i find most difficult about cooking an omellete is the flipping over it part, i suppose you could flip like he does but its not as easy as it looks he makes it look quite easy its a great omellete though, dont know about lavender being apart of the ingredients but i dont konw could be nice dont knock it till you ve tried it i suppose, great video though keep them coming.
Actually its quite easy. The key to the flipping part is agility. You don't want to slow down while you are in the process of flipping. If you slow down, the omelet is going to lose the momentum of the flipping motion and will break. If you can maintain the same pace pace of agility while flipping, the omelet will come back to you in one piece. Good Luck.
I have actually managed to flip an omelet (and crepes) as he does in the video. But it does take practice. It's probably not something you're going to do the first try. If you're going to try it, make sure you have a dog :-). Otherwise, *lavender* in an *omelet*???
check out actor christopher walken cooking on imcooked(dot)com a new site just like youtube but for cooking only its really cool check it out and upload any cooking videos you have
Taragon, lavender, marsh? Does not sound like it would be a good omelette, bro. Even to a sophisticated pallete. The creme fresh sounds like it would add to the richness of it, though. I'll give that a try.
i will own you hard omlette making cntest it's on now let's go me yu your face and an omlette throwdown....hahaha just kidding you're good dude i wish i could flip it like that
give me a break, i honestly know not a single person who can "...simply flip it using the lip of the pan just like that!" and i know a lot of proffessional chefs
Gee, thanks for that !

Pretty good. But man, you touched everything with your eggy hand. Salmonella's not on the list of ingredients, yes?
Starlight1010 4 years ago
No matter how much I try, I just can't seem to do it right, it's always too "liquid" and breaks into pieces.
Turbolad995 4 years ago
Try a higher heat setting.
smallmedia2 4 years ago
@smallmedia2 Not too high, though, as if you're not careful, the omelette will overcook and be rubbery.
