LOL ! About Daniel/Sam, it's just the actors going crazy off screen indeed ( this is weird to see that but funny as well ). About Sam/Jack, they are (I guess ) already in a relationship with each other since the end of season 8 ( unfortunately, we have not seen it on screen... but there are few obvious hints ).
